"Nice day out, but access could be better"
I went with my sister, who uses a wheelchair, and we had a nice day overall. The staff were friendly and some of the paths were easy enough to get around, but a few of the ramps felt kinda steep and the seating for shows was a little awkward. The accessible toilets were there, but they weren’t super easy to find. We still really enjoyed seeing the animals, I just think the accessibility info and signs could be made a bit clearer

"Seating was kind of hit or miss"
Overall, the visit was decent, but finding a spot to sit was a bit of a struggle. Around the busier areas, the benches were packed for what felt like forever, so it got tiring after a while. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a little hit or miss depending on where you were. A few more seating areas would definitely help.

"Lovely Little Souvenir Shop"
I was really happy with the souvenir shop at Selwo Marina. It had a nice mix of things and thankfully not just the usual magnets you see everywhere. My kids were excited to find some really cute plush toys, and I picked up a lovely mug to bring home. The prices felt reasonable for a park shop, and I appreciated how easy it was to find a few small gifts for family too. Grateful we stopped in, and I’d definitely buy from there again.

"Kids had fun, but the waiting got annoying"
The kids did enjoy it, so I’m glad we went, but the waiting around was frustrating. Once they got to the activities, they had fun, but everything felt a bit short for how long we had to wait. It was okay overall, just not amazing.

"Nice spot, but the lines wore us out"
It was a nice place overall and we did enjoy parts of the visit, but the queues were really long. After a while it just made everything feel more tiring than fun, which was a shame because the place itself was good... just wish the waiting had been a bit shorter.

"Didn't Have to Wait Long at All"
We got seated fast and the food came out quicker than I expected, which was nice because we were hungry and I thought we’d be waiting around for a while but it was barely any time at all...

We had a nice time overall. The dolphins and birds were really fun to watch, and the kids absolutely loved seeing them up close. Some areas did feel crowded, so it would be nice if people were a little more mindful about giving families and kids some space. Still, it was a pleasant visit and the animals were definitely the highlight.

"Fun few hours and felt worth it"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if the tickets would be worth it, but the price felt fair and we ended up having a really fun few hours. The shows were included too, which was reassuring and made it feel like we got good value for our money.

"I’m not totally sure, but some habitats seemed small"
We had a nice visit overall, and maybe I’m just overthinking it, but a few of the animal areas felt a bit cramped to me. Some looked totally fine, so I could be wrong, but it did stand out during the visit.

I know people complain about the crowds, yeah, the queues were long. But to be fair, it was still a nice place and I didn’t have a bad time overall. It’s not like it ruined the whole experience or anything

"Lots of shady spots"
Went here with the kids and was glad there was plenty of shade around. It made the day way easier, especially once it started getting hot. It’s a nice place to wander around without feeling like you’re stuck baking in the sun the whole time.

We went with our kids, and they really liked the animal talks. They were easy enough for them to follow, which was nice, and they did learn a lot about sea life. That said, a couple of parts felt a bit slow for me, and I was worried they’d lose interest, but overall it was still a good visit...

Had a really nice visit overall. From what I could see, the place was clean and seemed well looked after, and the toilets were tidy too, which is always a relief when you’ve got kids with you. I didn’t check every corner or anything, but the facilities we used were simple, worked fine, and it was easy to get around without any hassle. Nice day out and I’d probably go again.

"It was fine but nothing special"
I stopped in for a quick bite and it was just okay. The sandwich was a little dry and the coffee tasted average. Drinks were fine too but nothing really stood out. Prices felt kind of high for what you get so I probably would not go out of my way to eat here again. Not bad if you just need something quick during your visit.

"Tickets worked without any hassle"
I bought the tickets online and getting in at the gate was really straightforward. They scanned my code in just a few seconds, so there wasn’t any waiting around or confusion. It was a simple, smooth start to the day, which I appreciated

"Decent show, just expected a bit more"
The show was decent overall, and the animals definitely seemed well trained. Some parts were fun to watch, but a few moments felt kind of flat, like they were building up to something and then... not much happened. It also felt a little short to me. Not bad by any means, I just walked away thinking it could’ve had a bit more to it.

I went with the kids and, the parking was way less stressful than I expected. We found a spot quickly, and it was close enough to the entrance that nobody had to complain about a long walk. I really think places should make things easier for families like that, so credit where it’s due. It made the whole visit start off on a much better note. I’d definitely go again

"Animals seemed cared for, but I’m a little unsure now"
The place was clean and the animals looked calm and well cared for when I visited. At the same time, a few small things made me feel a bit less confident than I expected, so while my overall impression was good, my trust wasn’t as solid by the time I left.

"Easy booking and no issues"
